Our attorneys have decades of combined legal experience. Founding partner John Waldron of Huber & Waldron began his career as an assistant district attorney in Lehigh County for three years before opening a private practice in 1987. He decided to join forces with our now retired partner Jim Huber, who at that time was serving as an assistant public defender who routinely argued cases against Mr. Waldron. Together they built a civil and criminal defense practice that has a reputation for excellence and experience. Mr. Waldron has developed his criminal defense practice to represent highly complex criminal cases, and these cases have drawn significant attention to his practice, including some inspiring television shows about his clients such as HBO’s The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst.
Steven T. Williams was originally introduced to our now retired partner Mr. Huber by serving as opposing counsel to him numerous times, developing a respect and friendship for each other through their advocacy for their clients, culminating in Mr. Williams joining and forming the firm of Huber, Waldron & Williams, LLP in 2014. Since the retirement of Jim Huber in June, 2022, Mr. Waldron and Mr. Williams have formed a new alliance, with Mr. Williams leading the firm’s civil litigation practice, where he represents both individual and corporate clients in various litigation matters.
